About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our company. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing office supplies, coordinating tasks, and ensuring seamless communication to uphold customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a conducive working environment.

  2. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities to maximize efficiency.

  3. Provide guidance on handling correspondence and inquiries related to accounts, sales, and statistical records.

  4. Collaborate with accounting personnel to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of payments.

  5. Maintain professional communication channels to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  6. Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning and organizational efficiency.

  7. Maintain records related to vehicles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

  8. Implement and enhance administrative processes to streamline workflow and improve productivity.

  9. Follow up on repair estimates and ensure timely delivery to customers, verifying accuracy of invoices.

  10. Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support company operations.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.

  2. Manage office budgets and expenses, seeking cost-effective solutions whenever possible.

  3. Provide support with administrative tasks and inquiries.

  4. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection.

 

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.

  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.

  5. Knowledge of auto parts industry is preferable.

  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
